The Stellenbosch Museum translated the 202-year-old handwritten recipe book of a Stellenbosch lady, Catharina Maria Blanckenberg née Zeeman (1781-1873), and approached several local bakers to recreate these recipes for a bake sale in the historic Grosvenor House garden.
