Our curated roundup of local news & events for wine tourism
Hello Folks,
Welcome to a brand new year, isn’t it great to be able to get back into the swing of things!
As you know, South Africa has been thrown into Level 3 lockdown (oh really I hear you say) yes really, which means that alcohol has been prohibited again. Curfew has been extended and essential services and tasks are permitted but our industry is nothing if not resilient. Restaurants have either decided to close temporarily or adjust their opening times to fit in with the new restrictions.
There are a lot of restaurants reviving their home dining offerings and food box delivery that contain locally grown fruit and vegetables. Lets keep our industry going by supporting as many businesses as we can, which in turn helps us all in the long run.
