Tryn At Steenberg Is Open
Tryn Restaurant was named after the 17th century founder of Steenberg Wine Farm, Catharina Ras. It is a contemporary Cape Town eatery bold accents and fabulous food. Executive Chef Kerry Kilpin is super excited to bring the restaurant into the 21st century and to create a dining experience more connected to Catherina's feisty personality.
Burnt mustard accents rest against hardy stone and solid timber, bright ruby and jade define the areas while the food is filled with fresh ingredients, honest flavours and intuitive service. Chef Kerry adds a touch of Asian and Middle Eastern to classically prepared dishes and creates unexpected twists and flavour combinations.
